Plima4K ("we," "us," or "our") runs plima4k.space (the "Site"), a premium IPTV subscription service. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have regarding your data. 1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
The Site has no signup forms, account registration, or newsletter forms. Orders and support requests happen through WhatsApp. The only form on the Site is the optional customer-review form described below.
- Name and phone number — when you contact us over WhatsApp to ask a question or place an order.
- Subscription and plan details — which plan you choose, your login details for the service you purchased, and delivery/payment information you share with us over WhatsApp.
- Review submissions (optional, customers only) — if you use the review form, we receive the name you choose to display, your order or activation ID, your star rating, your review text, and your confirmation that you are a customer and allow publication. The order ID is used solely to verify that you purchased a plan; a review is published only after that check, and only if you ticked the publication consent box. Submissions are received and stored through our hosting provider's form service (Netlify Forms).
We never collect your credit card number on the Site. There is no payment form on plima4k.space — payment arrangements are made by you directly through the channel you prefer, and any financial details you send us over WhatsApp are used only to complete your order.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting provider (Netlify, with Cloudflare's network in front) records standard server logs when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the date and time of your request. We use these logs only to operate the Site securely and diagnose problems. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or any visitor tracking.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser details, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
1.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We do not set any cookies, and we do not use local storage or session storage for tracking. Your browser may automatically apply settings and caching, but the Site itself places no cookies on your device. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are loaded on the Site.

Service Providers
- Netlify / Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and review-form submissions. They process server log data and review submissions on our behalf.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — messaging for orders and support. Information you send us over WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — font delivery (see section 1.3).
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner.
