These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of plima4k.space (the "Site") and the IPTV subscription services provided by Plima4K ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By ordering a subscription or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide to us is accurate, and that you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Plima4K is a subscription service that delivers internet TV: live channels, movies and series, streamed through the IPTV player of your choice. We do our best to keep streams running smoothly, but live TV depends on your connection too.

Plima4K provides IPTV subscriptions, including live channels with an electronic program guide (EPG), video-on-demand (VOD), and support for Xtream Codes and M3U formats, delivered for use with a compatible player app (such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro).

We aim for a 99.9% server uptime and use antifreezing technology to reduce buffering. However, stream quality also depends on your internet connection, your device, and your network setup. We make best efforts, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming at all times.

3. Orders and Login Details

When you order, we send your login details right after payment. Keep them private — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Orders are placed through our WhatsApp channel. After payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated and your login details (Xtream Codes and/or M3U) are delivered to you immediately.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
Do not share your credentials publicly or with third parties.
You are responsible for all activity carried out using your subscription.
If your details are compromised, contact us through WhatsApp and we will rotate them.

4. Payment Terms

You pay for your chosen plan before we activate it. There's no automatic renewal — your subscription runs for the period you paid for, and renewal is handled manually through WhatsApp.

Prices are listed in US dollars ($).
Subscriptions are paid up front for the selected period. There is no automatic renewal; renewals are arranged manually through our WhatsApp support.
We may change prices for future orders, and will confirm any price with you before you pay.
Any applicable taxes are your responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the service for personal streaming. Don't resell it, share your login broadly, misuse the streams, or do anything illegal.

You agree not to use the service to:

Engage in any unlawful activity, including watching or distributing content you are not authorized to access.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or your credentials without our written permission.
Share your account with people outside your household on a scale that abuses the service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract streams for redistribution.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our servers or systems.
Impersonate any person or entity, or provide false information when ordering.

IPTV technology is legal. What matters is content licensing: your subscription is intended for content you are authorized to watch. Use of the service to access or distribute unauthorized content is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Plima4K brand, site, and technology are ours. You get a limited license to use the service for streaming — nothing more.

We own the Plima4K brand, the Site, and our technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal streaming in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our Site, branding, or technology. All trademarks and service marks are our property or the property of their respective owners.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and how we use it.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. The Site sets no cookies and runs no analytics trackers. Orders are placed via WhatsApp, and the information you share there is used only to provide and support your subscription.

GDPR: If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. See the Privacy Policy for details.

CCPA: If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and the right to non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information.

8. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep things reliable, but the service is provided "as is" — we can't promise perfection, and you use it at your own risk.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Streaming performance depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device, and local network. Live TV content availability and EPG data can vary by region and time.

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, network or ISP failures, or actions by governments or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or interruption of service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service anytime. We can suspend or end your subscription if you misuse it — for example, by reselling or abusing the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. Because subscriptions are pre-paid and covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee, unused time beyond that window is not refunded unless required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use and Payment provisions. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.

11. Indemnification

If your misuse of the service gets us into legal trouble, you cover the costs.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plima4K and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

First, talk to us — most issues are solved in minutes over WhatsApp. If not, any dispute will first be handled informally between you and us, and nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Before pursuing any dispute, you agree to contact us through WhatsApp (or email support@plima4k.space) and give us a reasonable opportunity (at least 30 days) to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

If arbitration is required in your jurisdiction, any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis; you waive the right to participate in class actions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we'll draw attention to it.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, including posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plima4K.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment: We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign them without our consent.
No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
Communications: By ordering through WhatsApp, you consent to receiving service-related communications there.
